Hybol Enterprises, located along the National Hi-way of Poblacion, Balaoan was established in the year 1997 by Mr. Hermy Oreal, a banker at UCPB for ten years. It started primarily as a grocery store until it became an authorized distribution center for PLDT/Smart Communications Inc. and became a major partner for other mobile networks like Globe and Sun Cellular. To date Hybol has LOAD Dealers all over the country and hundreds of mobile retailers servicing nearby towns in La Union and reaching further Ilocos region.

When PLDT widened its network coverage, opening its doors to the northern part of La Union, Hybol Enterprises ventured into a new business, the Hybol Internet Café, a franchise of everythingOnline and powered by PLDTmyDSL.

Hybol became the largest and most well-known business in the area in terms of telecommunication needs. It caters a very wide market, from the very basic needs of individuals to the most advance in terms of communication and technology. Along with the quality products and services that it offers are the well-trained and friendly personnel who accommodate average daily walk-ins of 200-300 customers. Not to mention our three roving sales staff (1 staff using the pick-up vehicle and 2 staff using motorcycles) who collect customer payments and offers our products to our widespread distribution channels at least twice a week.

Over the years, with its P12 million net worth, Hybol succeeded in realizing its vision of continuously bridging the gap to thousands of people in different towns and linking them with their relatives here and abroad through the different means of communication.

*Mr. Hermy Oreal also has other businesses; the Hybol Grocery located at #54 Barangay Napaset, Balaoan La Union, catering to more than a 100 sari-sari stores and uses a truck for stocks acquisition and delivery to its customers. He is also a franchisee of Waffle Time Inc. located at National Hi-way, Poblacion Balaoan La Union.
